CMA Uttam Kumar Nayak has been elected as Chairman of the EIRC of     the Institute for the period 2023-2024.

He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India with a vast experience both in Service and Practice. Presently he is working as AGM (Corporate Affairs & CSR) in MGM Minerals Ltd. He possess excellent project management leadership and event planning skills with a strong background in public relations having more than 25 years of experience of Liaising with various organizations in managerial capacities.

He had worked in different organizations holding senior positions viz. M/s. Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited, BHEP, M/s. Southern Electricity Supply Company of Odisha Ltd. (SOUTHCO), Berhempur, M/s. GRIDCO Ltd. BBSR, M/s. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. Odisha Circle, BBSR and many others.

He was the Managing Committee Member of The Institute of Cost Accountant of India-Bhubaneswar Chapter during the period 2013 -14 to 2018-19

He has served the Eastern India Regional Council of ICMAI as Regional Council Member for the term 2019-2023 in various capacities such as Treasurer, Secretary and Vice Chairman
